Case Study: Behavioral Map

Hello, everyone! Today I'll be talking about the ways that people interact and experience the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, Georgia (my case study building).
On a normal day, a person could walk into the museum and see that's it's generally very open and well-lit due to the windows in every other room and the white walls and ceiling. Along with this, there are wonderful acoustics in the main area of the High Museum of Art, and in each gallery there's wood flooring and curved ceiling pieces that help to minimize the echoing of other people. There's plenty of space to walk around and just look around, and there are a bunch of balcony-like areas that are visible from the ground floor. There's a combination of regular-sized doorways and larger doorways in order to add a sense of contrast in this all-white building. Overall, there's a nice air about the whole building, and people can have a pretty good experience here.
Below is an image of a section of the museum with annotations I did.
